You decide for yourself which structure, length and intensity of the class you want in dialogue with us.
The yoga classes are held by either the hotel manager Fredrik who is a certified yoga teacher or another teacher from our partners at Hagabadet.
If you would rather have a digital class, we can arrange it through our collaboration with Yogobe.
