Mornings at Onyxen are meant to be enjoyed at a slow pace.
Every day, we set out our breakfast buffet with a mix of hot and cold dishes, plenty of fruit and greens, freshly brewed coffee, tea and juice. Depending on the season, you can settle into our dining room, our conservatory, or outside in the sun.
Breakfast is always included when you stay with us, but you’re just as welcome to stop by even if you’re not staying at the hotel.

You don’t need a special reason to settle in with us. Maybe the day starts with coffee and breakfast, continues with something small in the bistro, and ends with a glass of wine before the evening begins.
The menu moves between familiar bistro favourites, lighter dishes, and things that pair especially well with something in your glass. The selection changes with the seasons, but the feeling stays the same – relaxed, personal, and right in the heart of Gothenburg.

Coffee, bubbly, wine, or a drink before the evening starts?
Our bar is open from late morning until late and works just as well for a spontaneous pause as it does for a pre-drink before Scandinavium, Ullevi, or a night out in the city.
