Hagabadet and Hotell Onyxen are part of the same family. Hagabadet has three locations in Gothenburg. Three unique oases with different characters, but the same philosophy – wellbeing and enjoyment, with a balance between movement and rest.

Hagabadet Drottningtorget

15 min walk from the hotel. A warm, bubbling oasis in the heart of the city, with 17th-century stone vaults, warm baths, saunas, yoga and space for complete relaxation.

Hagabadet Haga

25 min walk from the hotel. Hagabadet's historic original from 1876, in the heart of Haga, with warm baths, hot saunas and generous spaces for rest, yoga and recovery.

Hagabadet Älvstranden

A short ferry ride from the city centre. A peaceful waterfront oasis at Älvstranden where you can bathe, enjoy the sauna, practise yoga and unwind by the water.

Our gym at Hagabadet Drottningtorget is equipped with modern, high-quality training machines to ensure you can maintain your routine even while traveling.

Forgot your workout clothes? We provide full service with training clothes, gym bags, and different types of outerwear so you can comfortably use our gym.

We also offer laundry service for your workout clothes.

Our gym is located just a 15-minute walk from the hotel.

How do I book my spa time?

Your visit to Hagabadet needs to be booked in advance. Follow the booking information you receive in connection with your stay with us. If you need any help, you are always welcome to ask us at reception.

What is included at Hagabadet?

During your spa visit, you can enjoy warm baths, saunas and relaxation areas. Bathrobes and towels are available to borrow, and coffee and tea are included. Hagabadet also offers yoga, gym access and group classes, subject to availability. A standard PureSpa visit lasts approximately two hours.

What is the age limit at Hagabadet?

The standard age limit at Hagabadet is 16. Hotell Onyxen welcomes guests from the age of 12, but you must be at least 16 years old to use the spa offer at Hagabadet.

Where is Hagabadet located?

Hagabadet has three spa oases in Gothenburg: Hagabadet Haga at Haga Östergata 6, Hagabadet Drottningtorget at Östra Larmgatan 4 and Hagabadet Älvstranden at Ceresplatsen 1. Which location is included depends on your booking.

Can I book a massage or treatment?

Absolutely. To book a massage or other treatment, contact the hotel reception at info@hotellonyxen.se or call us on +46 31 81 08 45. We recommend booking well in advance, especially for weekends and popular dates.

Is spa access included when I book a massage or treatment?

When you add a treatment to your booking, access to the spa is included for one hour before your treatment, along with the use of a bathrobe and towel.

Do I need to bring a bathrobe or towel?

No. Bathrobes and towels are available to borrow at Hagabadet, so you only need to bring swimwear and anything else you would like during your visit. Swimwear is also available to purchase at each spa oasis.
