What is included in Hotell Onyxen's hotel and spa packages?

We want our packages to give you an extraordinary experience with us. All packages include an overnight stay at Hotell Onyxen, spa access at Hagabadet, our homemade breakfast buffet and a welcome drink. Some packages also include extras such as dinner, afternoon tea or multiple spa visits. Please see each individual package for the exact inclusions.

Is spa access at Hagabadet included in the hotel packages?

Yes, spa access at Hagabadet is included in our hotel and spa packages. The number of spa visits and the experience included vary depending on the package you choose.

Which Hagabadet spa can I visit?

Hagabadet has three spa oases in Gothenburg: Haga, Drottningtorget and Älvstranden. Which oasis or oases are included may vary between hotel packages. You can always choose which spa you would like to visit.

Do I need to book my spa time in advance?

Yes. Your visit to Hagabadet needs to be booked in advance as the number of places is limited. Contact us at info@hotellonyxen.se or let us know what you would like to book when you check in.

How long does a spa visit at Hagabadet last?

A standard PureSpa visit at Hagabadet lasts approximately two hours. During your visit, you can enjoy warm baths, saunas and relaxation areas. Bathrobes and towels are available to borrow, and coffee and tea are included.

Can I add a massage or treatment to my hotel package?

Yes. You can add a massage or treatment at Hagabadet to your stay. Contact us at info@hotellonyxen.se and we will be happy to help you with the booking. We recommend booking well in advance, especially for weekends and popular dates.

What is the age limit for the spa at Hagabadet?

The age limit for Hagabadet's spa, gym and treatments is 16. Hotell Onyxen welcomes guests from the age of 12, but guests under 16 cannot use the spa and gym offer.

What happens if I need to cancel or change my hotel package?

Cancellation and rebooking terms may vary between hotel packages and rates. Always check the terms shown when you make your booking. Spa and treatment appointments booked separately at Hagabadet should normally be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
